The Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) is a three-year undergraduate degree program that prepares students to work for the welfare and development of individuals, families, communities, and society. The course provides knowledge of social work principles, community development, human behavior, social welfare policies, counseling, and social justice. It develops communication, leadership, problem-solving, and community service skills, enabling students to build a meaningful career in the social sector. BSW graduates can work with NGOs, hospitals, schools, government departments, CSR organizations, and community development projects. The program also provides a strong foundation for higher education such as MSW, MBA (HR), M.A. (Sociology), and other postgraduate courses.
